Going abroad clarification

As previously posted we have been unable to clarify if there is any limit on the total number of days in a year that a claimant can be absent from the UK, the 28 day figure applies to any single period, but as the time spent outside the UK increases then other issues come into effect and in the extreme questions over residency will be raised.

I don't think that there would be any issue with someone going away for four separate week long holidays, but our advice to inform the DWP remains the same.
