Thanks for the help so far, but as I know my condition is worsening I will put in for ESA again at some point.

I now have a query about PIP... I was awarded the lower rate for mobility last year but I was wondering with my condition worsening, am I allowed to ask for a re-assessment for PIP? Would losing my ESA tribunal work against me in this?

Thanks in advance!

Yes you can ask for your award to be re-assessed but you should only do this if you are confident that you can meet the criteria for a higher award.

Although we have seen ESA reports, etc. used to support a PIP award, we have not seen them used to deny one.
