You have no automatic qualification for a Blue Badge but you can still make a claim for one and you will be assessed by your Local Authority as to whether you are eligible or not.
The Microwave is treated as an alternative cooking method to the hob, prepared meals are not relevant, it is meals that you prepare yourself that are considered.
Even if you disagree with the points awarded for Preparing Food, you cannot take this matter further without showing that there were procedural errors in the panels conclusion, you cannot contest it simply because you disagree with the conclusion.
