Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

The DMs have to operate within the law, there is a possibility for their to be differing levels of experience from one DM to another and I have said before DMs do have some discretion as to how they apply the law in any given situation.
The bottom line is you are looking for a guarantee that does not exist and cannot be given.

Hi, I know this is not actually an ESA thing, but I need to know for a form I am filling in, if local community health teams are counted as local authority social services. Please ignore if you think not appropriate for the forum.

The best I can suggest is for you to have a look at the following.

Hi
Can I check this. I am in the support group, I asked for a letter stating my payments. It says £73.10 Personal Allowance,
£36.55 Additional WCA Component,
£78.35 CGP including the severe disability premium.
Income £96.75 being deducted
Total payable amount = £91.25
The figures are fine, I just wanted to check that the wording/initials are related to the support group because the support group is not mentioned, and I need this letter to demonstrate I am in the support group. I mean the words/initials 'Additional WCA Component' and the initials 'CPG' - can these be support group terms?

I haven't seen those labels used before but £36.55 is the current rate for the Support Group component.
