Cruella wrote: Hi, I have just spoken to a DM, who said the GP questionnaire requested by ATOS came back after the award was done and that it is now showing on the DWP computer as a 'task' . This DM said she was sending a message to another DM pointing out a piece of relevant evidence in the GP questionnaire. The DM explained the MR option but also I got the impression that the DWP could change the award without my doing an MR if this evidence was to be significant in their opinion. I am hoping that I may as a result hear that I am given a low mobility award as my GP has provided the evidence on this questionnaire that was needed. Do you think I could receive a letter saying that they have decided to award me the low mobility without me prompting it with an MR?
They may do this, but the one month to request an MR remains linked to the Decision date and you can loose your right of appeal if the MR is late.
So basically if they haven't revised the Decision by the end of the one month you need to decide whether to request an MR or not.

Does the email come roughly a week before your year is up, or weeks or days before it expires? I don t want to miss the renewal because I don t want to put my real name as showing by mistake. With the renewal, I know you said I won t have to worry about that problem, but I would have expected to have got the renewal invite email by now really.
I'm sorry but the Mods have no access to this information all I can suggest its that you contact
