Hi Deg,

I have merged your query with the previous topics relating to your PIP claim. It helps us enormously if everything dealing with one claim is kept in the same place!

DWP, as a whole, do tend to be pretty inept. I think it is this, more than anything else, to blame for you not receiving the paperwork you requested!

For your MR, you need to point out - step by step - why and where you should have scored points and what evidence you have submitted in support of this. Rubbishing the assessor's report, although tempting, would only gain you another assessment it would not, in itself, gain you PIP. So this is where you need to concentrate your efforts at the moment. Our PIP guide talks y0ou through the process.

You can complain to DWP about their refusal to send out copies of the report

Complaining to the DWP

and you might like to let your MP know how the system is really (not) working

Contacting your MP

but you can leave that until your MR request has been submitted. To be honest, very few MRs do anything other than 'rubber stamp' the original decision anyway :(

You should Bookmark/Favourite this page in your Internet Browser now.

Thanks in anticipation of your future co-operation in keeping all your PIP related queries to this topic ! :)

Thank you for your reply. I do apologise if I posted incorrectly, in fact I had posted thus as I thought what I had said previously might get confusing for the moderators!
Also in this age of technology where most people have a good level of computer skills I am afraid there is still some of us who's skills are less than basic. I will endeavor to find out how to bookmark/favourite a page. Thanks again D
