PIP capita assessment today

PIP capita assessment today was created by emerald
Today at 11:30 am I Had my assessment at home with Capita. for the complex needs I Have the whole assessment was rushed from start to finish. I was told I could take my time and answer the questions at my own pace when I called PIP yesterday. The assessor told me she only has 45minutes for each assessment and she was already late for next appointment as her phone went off she stepped outside to say she was running late. It was shocking and I didn't have the time I needed which has left me feeling deflated and extremely stressed.

If you are unhappy with the way that the assessment went you can make a complaint but it may be worth waiting until a Decision is made.
I'm afraid that PIP Decision are now taking more than 8 weeks at the moment.
