What is classed as assets please for income related ESA? Could they force you to sell your house to downgrade and do they include your non motorbility car in that? Thank you.

There's no clear definition, the house that you live in is not considered nor is your car or personal items such jewellery.

Items bought as an investment would be counted, shares, Premium Bonds, ISAs, a house that you are not living in.
