New to website! DWP phone call

Just had a phone call from DWP to say they want to visit to check my payments etc! As I am at the clinical physiologist tomorrow I could not make the appointment at 8am!! Does anyone know what this house visit is about ?

We have had a few members get these letters recently. It seems that DWP are checking on general eligibility rather than your medical limitations. Sometimes these are triggered by a 'report' from a third person but often claimants are selected at random. Have you been asked to get together any documentation to show them?
