Hello there, I was on ESA between 2010-2015 when I was found Fit for Work. I am now applying again after depression became worse and I was found to have a new problem- with my ears. Though I have been going to specialists for my ears since last year, and they have told me that I have a problem, they have not told me what the problem is. The DWP have sent me an ESA1 form and told me to get a sick note from my GP. I've never had a Sick Note before and I don't really know what to ask for. Also, will it count against me if I have a problem (the bones in my ears don't work) but I don't have a name for it?
I'm asking for advice at every stage of my ESA application because I've had such a traumatic time since I was taken off it last year - and I'm so scared of messing up the process.
