When i phoned to move over from D L A to PIP on 28/4/2016 not got the PIP form yet....they asked me if i had depression i said no ,was wrong thinking . i do suffer from time to time with depression years ago very bad on Prozac,,but now when it begins to start with upset or worry ..I buy use st john's wart to control it till it eases off without doctor the side effects of Prozac where bad
shall i wait for form to come to include it

You should certainly mention it, but they can only consider conditions that you have been suffering from for three months and would reasonably be expected to still have issues from in nine months time.

I believe the question is asked so that people suffering from severe mental health problems can automatically be granted more time to complete the form.
