You need to request the report from DWP, so I suggest waiting a week or two after your assessment. Some members have been told to wait until after the decision but most have been sent a copy without problems.

If you want a copy of the PIP medical assessment report you need to phone the DWP and request it. You can do that once you have had the assessment.
