esa reconsideration appeal

If it is not in the bundle then there are two options;
either it was not used by the DWP in the making of the Decision
or
it was and it has been omitted from the bundle in error.
You need to decide which is more advantageous to you, to have it included or it to be left out?

well seeing as half my aliments are not down there ,i dont think its of any use to me ,dwp say they have no record on their system for it ,the only one who had any knowledge of it was the hcp and is it any wonder the report was a farce when my own doctor left out a lot of my main aliments,do i try and get a new med3 done by a different doctor and see if i can get it to the appeals team on time or do you think it wont make much difference ,how am i suppose to fight my side at the appeal when my doctor hasnt been bothered to fill the med3 properly

The 'med 3' is simply the GP fitnote/ sicknote. I don't see any benefit in asking your GP to produce another one at this stage. Were they to do so, I would expect them to either produce an exact copy of the original or put today's date on, neither of which would be helpful to your case.

hi gordon was at my doctor today because of a breakdown ,explained to her how i felt the surgery had let me down in not supporting my esa application ,after a few words of comfort she showed me a form esa113 which had been sent to the dwp at the start of the year ,in it she has stated every illness i have and she had ticked every box which would have been a help for me such as problems with walking etc ,this form has never been mentioned or put in the appeals pack ,do you think this evidence is relevent to my appeal and should i make the appeals team aware of its existance
