As I said, the DWP will likely claim it's an error. Did you have any hope of qualifying under the Exceptional Circumstances rules? If you didn't then it may not be useful but if you did, then it something to push.

It's up to you but I really would not expect it to result in any change to the Decision.

Not often but it does happen and it's a positive thing, but remember even if the report is overturned it does not mean that you will get an award automatically, then may send you for another assessment.
