In principle you should be able to do this but I would contact the Clerk of the Court at the venue for your hearing to make sure it not going to problem.
What I am not sure about is how this would operate in practice, I don't know how these records are stored but I would be surprised if there was any easy way to distinguish between what you deem to be private information and what is not and how will the person retrieving the records know what you mean?

Please don't post in capitals it causes problems for members who use text to speech software.
Even though no face to face took place I would still have expected an assessment to have been done based on your forms and evidence, this will be included in the DWP that you are waiting for.
