hi i have requested the paper work and reasons on my appeal five weeks ago and still nothing ,is there a time frame for it , i rang and they told me that it is up to the main person on the day of the appeal to arrange a date to come to their offices to type up the report and then they will issue it to me ,so far the main person has not been in contact with them and i put the request in 5 weeks ago ,is this true .

I thought that you were happy with the Decision, why have you requested a copy of the Statement of Reasons, by doing this you are opening the Decision to appeal by the DWP!
There is no required timescale for the Judge of your hearing to produce the SoR, we've seen claimants waiting months for this to be produced.

It's up to you but the first stage to appealing a Tribunal Decision to the UTT is for one of the parties to request a SoR. The DWP will receive a copy of this as well as you.
