I do hope you get the decision you are hoping for. I too suffer with anxiety amongst other things and can really empathise with the shutting down and being physically unable to speak. - it's horrible isn't it? I swear people who don't know me and come into contact with me think I'm really ignorant sometimes. Lol! My thoughts and best wishes are with you! I'm in Somerset and was just over 2 weeks (possibly 3 weeks) after my assessment that I received my decision. (Decision received today). it seems like a lifetime has passed but hopefully it's not too much longer for you! Best of luck!

Unfortunately no - was given 0 points on everything. Trying to clear my head and work out whether I can mentally go through with a mandatory reconsideration or may be even an appeal. We shall see. Fingers crossed for you though, please let me know how you got on! Best wishes

That's a real shame you were not awarded anything.
I really don't no what to expect from the assessment , it's impossible to know . I will let you no when I hear the result .

Hope you manage to go ahead with reconsideration x

Just went through the same thing with my sister. I rang up dwp and asked for the pa4 which is assessors report. Received a couple of days ago, I would advise you to get the report because it can give you ammunition for a reconsideration. In my sisters case looks like she might get standard award and no mobility. Even though she never leaves the house not even to doctor she was still only awarded needs prompting to go out 4 points.

Just had a text message saying

' we have decided you qualify for personal independence payment . You don't need to contact us about this . We will send you a letter with all you need to know . If you don't get this within 2 weeks please contact us . Thankyou '

Quite shocked really, I think what's struck me most is that it's an acknowledgment that I have numerous difficulties everyday
