Nickjb

A restrained congratulations.

You can only take the matter if you can that there has been an Error of Law in the proceedings of your appeal.

What is an Error of Law?

The first stage to this would be for you to request a Statement of Reasons from the Judge of your hearing, however you need to be aware that if you do this then the DWP may not implement your WRAG award until the matter has been decided either way.

Tribunals – Requesting a Statement of Reasons

Your options are limited while you are in the WRAG and you risk your payments being sanctioned if you do not attend WFIs or participate in Work Related Activity, as soon as you are contacted by your JC+ advisor, explain your issues as these must be taken into account when they decide what activities you have to do.

Just another update Gordon - my letter came today from DWP and I must have misinterpreted the letter from the court but I have been put back into the SUPPORT GROUP! I am soooo pleased - just a huge weight lifted off my shoulders and thank you for all your help on this forum I would not have achieved this without you.
Thank you again

Really pleased to hear that Nickjb. Well done for making it through the whole process, and getting the right result.
