confused re letter

received what we thought was a late uprating letter this morning but reading it is confusing and worrying us

it states at the top
your claim for employment support allowance
a change in the employment and support aallowance rate payable

we have looked at your claim again following a recent change
then it quoted the amount of benefit we get now of £147.25 a week from 5th April 2015

then it says we have used the tax years ending 5 april 1991/1992 to assess claim
then goes on about transitional protection since my wife was moved from IS to ESA
Then about crediting national insurance contributions

then about informing of any changes ect
then how money will be paid ie evey 2 weeks

but then the back page has benefit breakdown as usual with all the same amounts we have been getting
but then says amounts payable from 10th april 2015 to 16 june 2016

my wife has been waiting ti hear about reassessment but dont know what to make of this letter
has anyone had the same type of thing

yes we thought it was a uprating letter at first but it was the dates on the bottom especially stating from april 2015 to june 2016
these letters get more confusing as the years go on

These are the dates of the 'benefit year'.
