Based on what we are seeing in the forum it will be the upper estimate rather the lower before you hear.

I don't mind it taking the longer time because now I am reading up on the steps to take to appeal in case I have to.
The assessor said I can send for a copy of the assessment if I want to but I'm not sure who to contact?

Well, the brown envelope arrived this morning and I have been awarded the standard rate on both and I'm happy with that. I will be £24 a week worse off but that's not too bad and I don't want to rock the boat by appealing! They will review me in 2026.
Thank you for your help and advice, and giving me confidence.

Being happy with the award is the most important thing, so congratulations.
