That is spot on! The implications of this are far-reaching; it can be as simple as this where an individual is no longer considered to be "disabled" as they do not fall into any of their categories however, that individual remains in need of care. The disability is still there but according to the assessors there's nothing wrong!

In our own situation we are now approximately £160 a week worse off because it is in their unqualified opinion that there is no longer a disability. Autism, by definition, is a hidden disability.
