How should I score for mobility?

hi ,hope you dont mind me replying ,, i had my pip assessment back in april ,, i suffer severe anxiety , depression ,and also agrophobia for past 4 yrs ,, for the planning and following a journey i only scored 4 points for this ,, even though i explained on my pip form and to the HA at the time of assesment ime actualy housebound and do not go out anywhere as it would cause me overwhelming psycological disstress , when filling in your answer make sure to explain excactly how it affects you ,just saying you cant us public transport for instance wouldnt realy explain why you cant , you have to show them how this would affect you ..ie;. eg, ,would you be putting yourself at risk or others ,, ?if you read the guides for pip theres lots of info on there and eg ,,i wished ide of known about this site before i filled in my pip 2 form , if your unsure about anything the moderators on here are great they will advice you and guide you in the right directions , and also there other people on here that may be able to help also with advice ,
