But have also sent me a leaflet about appealing They say that they do not have a special form which is odd as a lot of other councils seem to have the. My aunt is 99 years and 8 months. She has been in her bed for three years after a stroke I have been trying to get Continuing care for 2 years. and have instructed a Solicitor who has also been banging his head against a brick wall.
