You have one month from the date of the MR Notice letter, you can appeal up to 13 months after the date of the Decision but would then need to provide Good Cause as to why the request is late and the Tribunal Service may reject your reasons.

It is not the most common situation but we do occasionally see cases, like yours, where claimants wait a very long time. The only think I can suggest is that you get your MP on the case, they can often get things moving.

There's no point your chasing the DWP about the assessment, you need to speak to Maximus, they may be able to give you an idea of how long you might have to wait.
