Whilst I was waiting they were trying to find the disability rights handbook but couldn't find it, I was then asked to return to the room and the judge told me I would receive their decision within 2 days and it's now almost 3 weeks later!

You should have heard in a couple of days and at most 3-4 after the hearing. You need to contact the Tribunal Service to find out what has happened to the Decision Notice.

Thanks for your reply, I have phoned them twice now and each time I am told they are still awaiting the judge's decision.
I even sent in some further evidence from a speech and language review.
What should I do, do I have any rights?
Thanks
with kind regards

This is extremely unusual, unless the Judge is waiting for additional information to be provided, which does not appear to be the case then they (the panel) should have made a Decision immediately after the hearing.
Ring again and ask what the Judge is waiting on, if they say that they do not know then ask them to escalate the issue.

As discussed I phoned the Tribunal Service, and was told they are not waiting on anything else, just still waiting on the judge's decision, and they can't escalate the issue either, even though its been 3 weeks and they agreed with me its a long wait but there is nothing they can do and just waiting on the judges decision!
So its seems all I can do is wait ?
