Whilst I was waiting they were trying to find the disability rights handbook but couldn't find it, I was then asked to return to the room and the judge told me I would receive their decision within 2 days and it's now almost 3 weeks later!

Is this common? What can i do ?

Thanks for your reply, I have phoned them twice now and each time I am told they are still awaiting the judge's decision.

I even sent in some further evidence from a speech and language review.

What should I do, do I have any rights?
