Hi Gordan,

Well I phoned today and they said they were still awaiting the judges decision, but I have now just received by post the decision notice, stating my son is entitled to the Middle rate of DLA.. However the Decision notice is dated 06/10/2016 and I have only just received the letter today. I have also been calling the the Tribunals Service and they kept telling me they were still waiting on the judges decision, so either the paperwork wasn't uploaded or something? And they are going to refer my case as I have only recieved the paperwork and when I phoned they said they were still awaiting on the decision!

If you now have the Decision Notice then you need to contact the DWP to make sure that they have their copy.

It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to implement a Tribunal Decision.
