May be stupid question but how do I know which DWP office is dealing with the claim? Is it the PIP line number that is shown on the PIP forms they sent to us?
I thought all of PIP was dealt with in one location and not offices all around the country or at least DLA was years ago.
Please advise.
Thanks again.

PIP Is dealt with regionally, the address and phone numbers for your office will be on the letters from them.

BF can no longer prepare a a main meal from scratch using fresh ingrediants as his mental health has got worse and he now suffers from fibromyalgia and severe fatigue. Under DLA which he claimed years ago he got low rate care because he could not cook a meal. He never tried to increase his dla when he developed fibromyalgia and fatigue as he coul;d not stand the stress. I now prepare and cook his main meals and he only gets cereal by himself. Just concerned as to whether he will score points for me making his main meals. Thanks.
There's no reason why he shouldn't score points form Preparing Food, but you/he will need to explain in detail why he cannot do this and why he cannot do it with the use of suitable aids, or prompting, assistance or supervision from another person. Your preparing the meals will not be considered.
For an award he will obviously have to score points for other activities as well.

It has since dawned on us both that this was the "how do you you communicate question which he unfortunately took literally. So no points there then I guess. Very stressful experience.
