My surgery didn't have much input.
I sent a comprehensive report on how the disputed mobility descriptor effected me. It all revolved around "planning a journey" easy! And carrying out the " journey unaided " impossible for many reasons. I was only 2 points short originally. I've now got 12 points on mobility = enhanced and standard care. No fixed term for either.
The Dept would have saved so much money if they had just left all us 65+ lifetime claimants on DLA. We would die off eventually. I am going to get more money every month now!
Good luck,
Mary
