Initial PIP1 I was asked if it was okay for them to use the information they have on their records now I don't know if they meant the ESA or the DLA as I failed to clarify this too. Sorry am I allowed to comment on other peoples post ?

Hi Hamida,
I have allowed your post on this occasion. In future will you please keep your queries in your own topic so that the wriong information is not given/taken by getting mixed up between members?
DWP are usually referring to DLA when they ask whether previous information can be used, but we do have members who have been asked to allow their ESA claim to also be used.

mikeyboy wrote: Hi well after a 7week wait from confirmation by DWP of my Pip form just received letter from Atos asking me to attend a F2F next week in Liverpool!. Only problem is I live in Manchester, yes Manchester, which is 32 miles away!. I know of two friends of mine who live in the same area as me who both had their assessments at a centre not TWO MILES from my home! I am not happy with this at all but before I telephone Atos 'Healthcare', ( I know what a joke) at their (we hide behind a PO Box number) contact centre, I would appreciate some guildance from one of the mods or other members who have found themselves in this redicoulous position! Thank you
The DWP allow travel times of up to 90 minutes each way!
You can rearrange bu this will count as your one opportunity to do so, so make sure that you book the new appointment while you are speaking to them to ensure that it is at a place and time that is convenient to you.
