So fed up ? wrote: Thank you Gordon so in your opinion because of my son saying no to the tomorrow morning appointment would this count as a refusal don't get me wrong I want to get the ftf over with as soon as possible but i have been in a state for days and then the cancellation I have been Ill all day I've read the link Mrs hurtyback sent me do I send the letter regarding the cancellation to the same address I sent the AR1 form to thanks
You can't be considered as refusing an appointment unless you have received proper notification in writing, so don't worry. Send your letter to the address which was on the letter that accompanied the AR1 form, you want the DWP office that deals with your claim.

My son wrote and sent the letter today to the DWP regarding the cancellation of the ftf at the last minute and how it has affected me he put a lot more in the letter as well and requested that it be kept on my file (probably be looked at and thrown in the bin) because from what I can see they're all as bad as each other so just have to wait for another appointment and go through it all again
