Just an update to previous post I appolagise if its been sent twice I have had problems trying to accesses the site today I received a letter today which I knew was from capita before opening so I thought it was an appointment for a ftf but on opening it says you have recently applied for pip I sent an AR1 FORM (is this new because I never received one of these when I first applied for pip) it states that the DWP has passed my application to them its 5 pages long with what happens next blah blah blah I did send a lot of medical evidence and a very long letter explaining how I'm affected so here we go again pip claim ftf no points Mr no points appeal award AR1 form 12months before end of award so could this be because on the AR1 I ticked no change to the descriptors I was awarded at appeal but ticked harder for the moving around descriptor any thoughts thanks

Capita do write to the claimant when they receive their file from the DWP. They will now decide whether a face to face is required or make a recommendation to the DWP without one.

Thanks Gordon I only asked because when I sent my original pip form I didn't receive one of these letters!!! The only letter I had from them was a letter with the date for my ftf so will just have to wait and see thanks

Sorry Gordon I was referring to the news today (which I read on the forum last night regarding following a journey with mental health) which affects my AR1 form ,still awaiting the outcome ! so probably won't hear until after the 16th march !!!!! I apologize in advance if this has been duplicated I've been having problems wit the site trying to post this afternoon
