You can switch to a Paper hearing that you don't need to attend.

I don't know about ATOS, but I was advised by the DWP to write a complaint to CAPITA to complain about the inaccuracies and omissions of the medical assessment report and the lack of information gathered by the assessor. I've been waiting for three weeks to hear something, and am now told that CAPITA do not accept complaints about reports, only proceedure.
Evidently the DWP was telling lies!!! Great, just GREAT!!

Yes in a letter from the DWP they said they had no reason to doubt the assessor and nothing would change that opinion.

Yes in a letter from the DWP they said they had no reason to doubt the assessor and nothing would change that opinion. Also I googled my assessor to find she was a nurse who had been struck off from the nhs because of a number of complaints that had been upheld by the ombudsman...

If you believe that the HCP failed to meet the requirments and standards for care and ethics of their registered organisation make a formal complaint to them.GMC for a Doctor , NMC for a Nurse or HCPC for "other" HCP;s.
