Hi, Just wish to say thank you to Gordon for his help, I put in my submission with outlines of why the decision was wrong along with new evidence, I got leave to appeal but had not herd anything when on Saturday I had a letter which was I was not expecting. Another DM had looked at my claim again along with new evidence and decided I was entitled to the Enhanced care and Enhanced Mobility, and instead of reassessing me in 2years time they gave me an ongoing award and will now not be contacting me until 2027 i'm still in shock so at least I won't have to go for an appeal. Once again many thanks for your help and to the forum and guides.
