Hi
Almost there! Is it okay to have more than one answer on a page, while they won't fit into the box on the form, I can get two answers on one page? I have drawn a line between them and have clearly marked which question they are answering, I.e
Question 10 - consciousness then a line and underneath Question 12 - hazards, I have done these in a larger size and in bold so they stand out?
On the form I refer to answer 10 on page x of x, and the same page no. For answer 12, but I'm now doubting they might not understand it!

As long as your answers are easy to find, I don't think it matters whether you have more than 1 answer on the same page - that is what I did if I recall correctly.

Hi
Just an update, rang HAAS today regarding my reassessment and they told me my form was sent back on 6 April, they got it on the 29 March, and asked if I heard anything from DWP? The lady was very helpful, and gave me DWP number which I rang but after 50 mins of being on hold, decided to try tomorrow.
I am in the support group and my payments so far have not changed so fingers crossed I will still be in the sg. Will try tomorrow.
At least they can't find me fit for work, I hope!

Rang DWP this morning and the lady told me I'm staying in the SG, and my next assessment is set for April 2019. I get my pension next year, hopefully if they don't change it again! Asked for a copy of esa85a which she printed and would be in the post, would take around 5 days, and she told me a letter about the result was in the post.
So a big thank you to Benefits and Works and all you moderators, who do a brilliant job, can breath a sigh of relief as I didn't need a f2f, thank you.
