Client is due to have a PIP tribunal appeal soon. Her original PIP was completed, expecting higher rate on mobility through the now withdrawn , severe psychological distress 12 points on mobility. I read that all reviews will be based on Governments new criteria. Does this include tribunals? Many Thanks

A Tribunal has to use the law that was in effect at the time the Decision being appealed was made, so the changes to the Descriptors should not apply.
