It will definitely argue against you having dexterity problems and will also suggest that you do not have problems with Learning How To Do Tasks and Starting and Finishing Tasks.

Hi again ,Should I have requested a home visit medical along with my completed ESA50? or can i request a home visit IF they say i must have a medical when i hear back from DWP ?

You can make the request in the ESA50 but it is often missed so be prepared to make it again if you receive an appointment at the Assessment Providers offices.
You will need a GP letter to support your request, explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.
