If you are taking over the counter medication then it should be sufficient to just mention it.

Oh boy! Just called the assessment office and asked if the have all my mothers documents, they said they only have PIP questionnaire form and no additional information and not medical evidence! But all was sent together with form in the same envelope!?!! What to do now, the face 2 face tomorrow morning?!

I'm hoping that you took copies of everything before you sent it and copy these to take with you.
If you haven't taken copies then contact the DWP to find out what has happened to the documents.

Yes, have copied everything, not sure if assessor will agree to accept the docs..and how to prove that the documents were inclosed...
