Hello my son recently had an appointment for a home visit for PIP. The assessor failed to show nor did we have any telephone all cancelling this. My question is had anyone else experienced this ? This obviously has had a detrimental effect on his mental health having been so badly let down. I have written to the DWP and Capita but as yet no reply for over two weeks. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence but would be interested if anyone else has suffered similarly
