Really Peter, I think that is an absolute rude and uncalled for comment to the people who offer knowledge and advice when they can when they themselves have illnesses/disabilities and who give their time freely to offer valuable help to very worried and vulnerable people, the majority of which are eternally grateful.

Perhaps it highlights that perhaps he is not brilliant on the computer, lack of English or in fact his illness stops him from understanding how things work or how to access things.
His comment was peculiar, but maybe English is not his first language and he finds it difficult to communicate effectively.

Completely out of order and so rude. The Moderators on this site have a wealth of knowledge and give up their time to offer support and appropriate advice. The guides provided by the site are an invaluable resource. If you failed at Tribunal it is because it was decided by the Tribunal members that you didnt meet the strict criteria to qualify for an award. This is not the fault of the benefits and Work site. The site and moderators are there to offer support, not to guarantee you an award if you subscribe.
