hello,i had a pip medicle on the 16th of may,my sister came with me ,they asked tme to come early but when i got ther i was kept waiting so naughty of them so they can watch me ,i was offered no points but i have asked for ma and requestded my report ,and the otis complaint procedure as he was arrigant ,he didnt write down what i told him its all lies,i am annoyed and not a racist person but he was a physio therapst with mussels and tall and intimidating sod , i did keep stanndin up as the chairs are awful,i has osteoartheritis from top too botton i have had to give one job up and i will be finished from my other asap, any advice
