Hello Gordon, good advice thanks and seems I have to rehash it all anyway. The DWP have informed the tribunal service that I won't be wanting to continue because the outcome of the MR was "favourable". I'm so fed up. Getting my paperwork back from the original appeal and wait again. I've complained to the tribunals service saying "no way should they take the DWP's word that the appeal is over without consulting the appellant". They take the mickey at every turn! Thanks for your help. If I'd not checked as you advised, I'd still be assuming they'd done that they should have and not been in time for appeal at all. Their letter has taken two weeks to get here as it is. That's a lesson - don't assume a thing with them. Thanks again.
