I won my appeal 3 weeks ago in Eastbourne it took about 2 hours and was not very pleasant but I got the opinion that the questions were set and may be universal I was asked a lot to imagine I could do things I couldn't and then say how long I thought it would take me, i.e if you could walk to sainsburys how long would it take you, so to me that's like asking if you could fly to the moon how long do you think it would take you! I refused to answer these questions by saying you are asking me to guess and I can't. It was a bit nice cop nasty cop and I thought I had blown it as I was sticking up for myself. I was also asked most questions several times in different formats which I felt was to catch me out. I left the room prepared to just go home but they gave me a letter to say I had been awarded my pip.I would say take someone with you.

Thanks for the good wishes. Mike, I was asked things like "what would you do in a typical day?"; "If you take 10 mins to walk to the library, how long would a normal hea;thy person take?" etc.
I was also asked how I would gone to the tribunal if I had a "bad" day. I replied that I would have taken a taxi because I did not want to let people down.
Don't be afraid to say you don't understand any question. As it has been pointed out, you get asked the same question but in different ways.
I was very surprised as to how much detail the doc and judge had retained.
So bone up on all the answers you gave on your questionnaire, be honest and true and most of all, enjoy it. Chances are that most of us on here are law-abiding, so probably won't be going to a criminal court agin :)))
Good luck
