Hi could you please give me a link to sample pages of tribunal submissions.
I have been on the site for over 1.5 hours and cannot find a link to them I have read through the 23 page booklet on appeals, it does give details in there but no links.
Thanks

They are in the PIP mandatory reconsideration and appeal submissions document, two links down from the PIP Appeal guide.

Hi Gordon
Maybe I am a bit thick but again I cannot find even what you describe. This is where I am at:
We've also published a 19 page guide to PIP appeals will guide you safely through the mandatory reconsideration and appeal process. Use the appeal guide along with our 32 page guide to written appeal submissions and our 23 page guide to challenging PIP medicpersonal independence payment pip appealsal reports - with over 50 different grounds for appeal - and you'll be giving yourself the best possible chance of a successful appeal.
Where are the links please.
Thanks
