Dishonest medical report from Atos nurse

I had the same thing happen, last few pages of AP report were missing. When contacted DWP about it they said there was nothing on the pages. However, I said I was entitled see all of the report. DWP then sent the remainder of the report within a week. And there was information on those pages.

It replaces only the DLA.

i thought that the whole point of pip was to combine all benefits into one
