ive heard that someone on indefinite dla has gone straight to Pip by using their details fron dla claim . does anyone know about this

It's not impossible but I would say it's unlikely. The criteria for PIP is very different from DLA, so whilst evidence for the latter would help I think there would have to be a very high level of disablement for it to allow a PIP Decision without further information.
