Hi
Thanks for the quick response
I'm really struggling to know what happens next. All the DWP told my partner was that it'd gone back to decision maker but we're unsure as to what that means?
Thanks for the quick response

Claire,
Did you or your partner ring and notify the tribunal he was ill and couldn't attend the appeal that day?
I assume that will make a difference Gordon?

I think that there is considerable confusion over what has happened and until we have a clearer picture I'm loathe to offer further advice which may turn out to be inappropriate.

Hi
No we didn't notify them as it was last thing on our minds.
Gordon - I had a lengthy response yesterday which I'll be looking into but gladly appreciate any comments.
Many thanks
Claire
