That's absolutely brilliant news for you Hippychick, I'm so pleased for you, as I know exactly what it has been like for you and your Husband, all the time, as we are going through exactly the same at the moment, and its been VERY stressful, especially for my Wife, who has MANY ongoing medical problems, and no real chance of improving, but like you, we have to go through the usual M.R. nonsense, but have at last, got a Tribunal to attend, but have NO idea when, as last time I phoned up to check that, it was 26 week ( minimum) wait, and that was a couple of weeks ago. Lets hope our Tribunal Panel are as understanding as yours.....
