Hi Raquel,

If you get a letter from the assessment provider it will be an appointment for a face2face.

When you get a letter from DWP it will either say they have enough information or it will be a decision.

The decision can be WRAG, Support Group or 'Fit for Work'.

You cannot be found 'Fit for Work' without a face2face.
