GP has written different answers on my forms was created by Actonjon
I have pip assessment form and ESA50 form within a week my GP has on my ESA50 ticked box can go to a examination centre by taxi or public transport on the pip form ticked yes again but crossed out public transport left taxi and written with care worker two different answers what can I do the pip assessment form is correct but the ESA 50 not what will happen have pip assessment on Monday worried now

The Assessment Provider doing you PIP interview will not see the ESA50, so there should be no issue as you say the information on your PIP2 was correct.
As to an ESA assessment, all I can suggest is that you speak to your GP to see if they will write a letter revising the information they wrote on your ESA50. It could be some time before you are asked to attend as there are considerable delays in the part of the process.

Promlem the Gp has moved now from the practice and it's on my file have a new Gp when I go next week

Family spoke to the practice unfortunately it's on file can't be changed so don't know what todo hope don't get done for fraud Gorden

It doesn't matter that it's on "file". It's a different GP, they are entitled to come to a different conclusion about your capabilities.
