Thank you. I will have to inform tribunal of what's happening - the letters used by assessor and DWP are not mine and I have given this information in appeal statement. So, they are aware of this problem.
I presume DWP are doing a review. Before appeal - I don't know at this stage what's going on.

Hi. I have asked tribunal today regarding letter's I have requested directly from DWP while waiting for appeal date.
I am allowed to write direct to DWP because tribunal do not do this on your behalf and it does not effect appeal claim.
They also confirmed DWP letter is an review and said this is the correct procedure.
I do not need to contact tribunal again as DWP will inform them of decision made.
Hope this helps others and I'll keep you posted.

If you contact the DWP directly then there will be a discrepancy in the information that you hold versus that held by the Tribunal Service, this will almost certainly result in your hearing being adjourned on the day, so that the problem can be sorted out.
The Tribunal Service can write to the DWP requiring them to produce copies of these letters.
